Iran expresses condolences to Ethiopians over deadly plane crash
IRAN  -  Iran's Foreign Ministry on Sunday expressed condolences to the Ethiopian nation over the plane crash incident which claimed the lives of all 157 passengers aboard.

Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi expressed sadness over the tragic incident that happened for the Ethiopian Airlines' Boeing 737 shortly after takeoff in Addis Ababa Sunday morning.

He also extended his condolences to Ethiopian government and people, particularly the families of the victims.

All 149 passengers and eight crew members on board the Nairobi-bound flight are dead, the airline spokesperson has told Ethiopia's state broadcaster.
