Arnold Schwarzenegger calls Donald Trump 'little wet noodle'
World  - The former Governor of California and Terminator star posted a video on Twitter blasting Mr Trump for taking Mr Putin's word that Russia didn't meddle in the US 2016 presidential election.

The former Governor of California and Terminator star posted a video on Twitter blasting Mr Trump for taking Mr Putin's word that Russia didn't meddle in the US 2016 presidential election.

'Donald Trump, I just saw your press conference with President Putin and it was embarrassing,' Mr Schwarzenegger said in the video.

'I mean, you stood there like a little wet noodle, like a little fan boy. I mean, I was asking myself when you were going to ask him for an autograph or for a selfie or something like that.'

Schwarzenegger said Mr Trump 'sold out' the US' intelligence community and justice system when he spoke during a press conference with Mr Putin in Helsinki on Tuesday, by discounting US intelligence assessments that Russia meddled with the 2016 election.

America's reaction to President Donald Trump siding with Vladimir Putin over his own intelligence agencies was swift and damning - and not just from the intelligence chiefs.

From CNN to Mr Trump's favorite channel Fox, the media were united in their condemnation of the President's dismissal of Russia interference in the election he won.
But Mr Trump says his meeting with Mr Putin went well, and that 'it is not being reported that way'. He said on Twitter the 'Fake News is going Crazy!'
