Iran's Judiciary Chief criticized UN officials

Iran's Judiciary Chief criticized UN officials
IRAN  - "UN recent reports of Human Rights in Iran is based on unproved claims of Islamic Republic's enemies including the members of a known terrorist group called MKO," Iran's Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani said on Monday.

Criticizing UN officials for being the mouthpiece of oppositions, he added: "what is claimed to be torture in the prisons of Iran or unfair treatment against women are based on lies and lacks evidence."

"We do not expect the UN officials to judge Iran's situation based on the claims that are both illogical and unwise."

He expressed regret that International body is influenced by political powers rather than being unbiased, adding that the people will see the double standard as the UN has turned a blind eye to the crimes of Saudi Arabia in Yemen.

"The Islamic Republic tries to respect Human Rights for all of its citizen as usual and ignores the accusations."
