Iran’s Larijani arrives in Geneva for UN Human Rights meeting
IRAN  - GENEVA – Head of Iran’s High Council for Human Rights Mohammad Javad Larijani arrived this evening in Swiss city of Geneva to attend UN meeting.

Heading an official delegation, Dr. Mohammad Javad Larijani left Tehran earlier this morning and arrived in Geneva where UN Human Rights Council is placed. As part of his trip, Dr. Larijani will address the 37th UN human rights meeting and meet with several officials from other countries and international organizations.
The third week of UN meeting will kick off on Monday when a summary of report by UN Special rapporteur Asma Jahangir who passed away in previous weeks will be provided though it was not finalized to consider Iran's official responses and positions.
Iranian delegation will address the meeting with latest achievements in improvement of human rights situation in Iran.
